I guess I'm done with task 3. It was a miracle that I completed it without throwing a fit...
Sketching was easier than I thought. Explaining and writing the description had me up until 3am... My laptop froze when I did the first sitemap so I had to do it today. My Conclusion isn't much, but what else was I supposed to write? I'm not trained to explain these kind of things. I miss writing super long compositions back then in high school.
I also miss studying History. And having friends that would always stand still with me, even if the world, whole of it is against me. For what I am wrong or right.
I'm a caffeine consumer. My intake is increasing... should I be worried?

My attitude used to depend on my caffeine intake (morning coffee) but these days it depends on how stuffy my nose is. Being sick brings out the worst in me, seriously. 

The weather is so "bipolar" these days, so I don't see any chance of me recovering anytime soon... I don't avoid cold drinks either lol so yeah just deal with it.

It's already November!! 

Week 6

The last few weeks have been nothing but an absolute challenge for me. Last Wednesday, my group and I did a presentation on the topic satellite. I’m the leader and I was freaking nervous, it was my first time being a leader and the first to deliver. I think I did fine... but I’m not satisfied with how my teammates did it. Voices – too low. Okay, I’m not the most confident person you’ll ever know but for this presentation I think I gave it my all. I did like 80% of the slides, animations and contents, and I had to present. We had to wear formal on that day, so I think that gave me my confidence. The other groups presented about RFID, VAIO 3D, Laptop, iPhone 4S, HTC, iPad 2, Lenovo IdeaPad 470/570Y. Our lecturer said marks will be given for every questions asked by ‘the audience’ so I asked, “what makes you think that the iPhone 4S is better than Androids phone?” during the iPhone presentation, “Does the VAIO you mentioned have a USB 3.0 ports” during the VAIO 3D but I don’t think the girls get what I meant and lastly, “who started the court battle between Apple and Samsung” for the iPad 2 presentation. I lauded those who chose the Lenovo and HTC; you guys were marvelous for choosing those products over the overrated Apple products. Also last Wednesday, I submitted my Task 1 to my Web Design lecturer.

We’re now doing our Task 2 but I’ve completed mine. So... I have no idea what Task 3 is about, but looking from the software we’re going to use – it’ll be hard. The first two tasks were kind of easy though. I’m kind of wondering – where is my Micronet t-shirt? It’s past my one month since enrolling there – and since my payment but I haven’t received it.

I’m also already used to the North Pole temperature in our computer labs and classrooms. There’s one disadvantage of it: I get sick because of it. Imagine stuck in a college that’s like North Pole and having to wait for your parents to pick you up at 12 in front of the college premises. I would very much like to drive on my own now – even though I’m seventeen. So would you please lower the driving age? Please. Not all 17 year olds are in high school and have a screwed up mindset. I wouldn’t be given a house key and go to college if I’m not trustworthy and have a mad mindset.

I have so much things to say. Typed it all a moment ago but Blogger decided to be troublesome and irritating so I lost it all. So.......

Start All Over

Today we finished the Non-Verbal Communication topic. It ended with a group work (it seems compulsory... I. Have. No. Idea.) and my mates chose me to be their representative. It was depressing lol but I stood up anyway. Public speaking is never my thing... and it's not heritable either. Yeah. I was a nervous mess.

My group is way too hilarious. One of them started to explain about a situation and then the other one interfered and said "kereta mangkuk"... I was trying to understand what she meant, and by the end of the discussion all we had were four points, and one "kereta mangkuk" point. Whatever she was trying to say, I'm sorry, I don't get it... and to top it all off, I think I like my group mates. Yay, I'm finally not "forever alone" anymore!

It doesn't matter if you're an A-crowd in high school... it doesn't matter if you have like an army to defend you when you were accused or being picked at back then. It doesn't matter if you were the admin of your senior class. Hey, I'm still struggling here, on terms of friends and fiiting in, I mean. It takes time and efforts. It's already my third week here and I'm still going from one person to one person, aside from my group mates, to see if they have the quality like my best buddies last year. This sounds very mean, but I can't help but be choosy, it's just that what I had last year was one you can call magnificent and wonderful.Being choosy can be beneficial too, you know.
I miss my friends...
I'm worried that I won't have lunch buddies for next semester (and the upcoming semesters)... LOL. Oh dear... so much for trying to fit in.
Can't help but wonders where is my 'confidence' these days...
Note to self: MAKE FRIENDS!!!

Half of the members were not in the picture though. This was taken last year during our family trip to Kg. Pudak where we hiked, kayaked, ate and saw one of my little uncle fell into a fish pool.
Most of us resides in Kampong Keriam, Tutong.
The black and yellow shirt is our family's official t-shirt. So if you see peeps walking around with those shirt on, they're my relatives! :)
PS I'm not fluent in Tutong dialect if you're wondering.
